This is Martin. In two short days he has taught me about the 42 different tribes here in Kenya. He taught me about how to tell the difference between "right handed" and "left handed" elephants, how the secretary bird got its name, how hyena clans are run, that some impalas die celibate, why hippos stay submerged all day, why elephants take mud baths, & why life on the savannah is so sacred. He has taught me 10 phrases in Swahili & given me such a beautiful start to my love affair with Africa.
