My youngest student, Ploy, 7-years-young came with her mom and 30 other students for today's workshop in Hua Hin. My favorite gift was a little love letter she wrote and drew for me. She kept a journal and draw and write everyday. She's my inspiration be a child and find wonder and beauty in every moment. #yogabypop; -

At home today, my bro was so hungry that he was taking individual plastic wrap American version of 'cheese' and downing it like it was a snack. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't eat really cheddar (he was lazy to grate the cheese and make himself a salsa salad ) The prep time was small because I prepared my salad and salsa and stack them in the fridge. It was just a matter of assembling it. I love a good hardy tomato and onion, chips and cheddar in my salad. I even heated the dish in the microwave with the chips and cheddar and then pour the salsa on top. My bro down this baby in less than 5 minutes. #tacosalad #ilovesalad #userealcheedar; -

Last night I actually gain 2kilo from drinking that Rosè Beer. You'd think I've learned my lesson, lower the carb and fat, but I had a huge craving for a taco: Spinach, lettuce, cheese on a crispy tortilla. Okay, there was the salsa and sour cream too. I came home from playing tennis and my two 18-year-old hill tribe maids are studying. Bee is studying her Thai alphabets and Ann on the right is studying her ABC. Mom is headmaster teaching both Thai and English. Lattè just wanted some attention and is playing school mascot. A friend from Michigan gave me this locally bought thai-made t-shirt. As a Michigan girl, I get the first line, the spelling error and gibberish alphabet on the rest of this t-shirt is so 'thai', looks cool from far away, but a big old mess up close. ;
