I take a coverage tour to introduce Iwate pref for you. First of all, I visit the All Japan Wanko-soba cup in Hanamaki city. "Wanko" means a small bowl and also means a dog (bow-wow). It's a pun, hehe Wanko-soba is the local soba of the Hanamaki, Iwate and Morioka district, and is a old form of a kind of soba-noodles feast. It is requested to eat soba noodles continuously and required that should be eaten from the next to the next. "Ko" of Wanko is a dialect of this land attached to what must be loved small.
