@junesawitri : Fish's liver with octopus and small white fish in ponzu sauce If you are wondering what does fish's liver taste like... To me it feels very nutty and creamy with a very smooth texture n this dish is very well balanced with the acidity from the ponzu sauce. Oh and it's called #akimo if u wanna try some :)
