#TBT With my Uncle Afa of the "Wild Samoans". Trained to wrestle in the 70's by my late grandfather, High Chief Peter Maivia - the Wild Samoans (with Uncle Sika) went on to become one of the most successful tag teams in the history of pro-wrestling and eventually had the honor of being inducted into the @WWE Hall of Fame. These days he's a successful businessman owning #WXW Pro Wrestling School and Promotion - where many @WWE Champions started their careers. Proud of him and how well he's done in his post wrestling career, but to me he will always be the Uncle who would take a live fish on LIVE TV and bite it's head off before a wrestling match just to scare the shit out of the fans. Final crazy set and destroying quads for 75 reps, while "Boyz in the Hood" is blaring thru my speakers and coach @hanyrambod screams "Do it for Dre'!", "Do it for Cube!" My reaction of "CUUUUUBE!" while smacking my protein shaker cup off the machine is exactly how we would end crazy workouts when I was a teenager.
